1-1/2 lbs. Shark steaks 2 T. soy sauce 2 T. balsamic vinegar 1/4 C. lemon juice 2 T. EVOO 2 T. chopped parsley 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 t. black pepper 2 med scallions, chopped
Combine soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, EVOO, parsley, garlic and pepper. Pour over steaks and marinade for 30 minutes, turning once half way through. Remove fish, reserving marinade. Grill on med about 5 minutes per side. Brush with marinade before turning. Serve with scallion and a little parsley to garnish
