1 lb. boneless chicken breasts 2 T. butter 1/4 C. strawberry jam 2 T. balsamic vinegar 1/2 t. garlic powder 1/8 t. onion powder 1 T. brown sugar 1 t. soy sauce 3 T. water 1/2 T. EVOO 1 dash black pepper
1. Mix all ingredients except chicken in a small bowl. Microwave about 15 seconds to melt sugar and stir to blend. 2. Melt butter in a large pan and brown chicken about 5-10 minutes until golden on all sides. Add sauce. Cover and cook over low heat, stirring chicken occasionally for about 10 minutes or until cooked through.
