2 lb. pork tenderloin 1/4 C. low sodium soy sauce 1 T. yellow mustard 2-3 T. maple syrup 2 T. olive oil 2 T. diced dried onions 1-1/2 t. garlic salt or powder
Mix ingredients except pork tenderloin. Place pork in crock pot and pour mixture over. Cook on low 6 hours.
