1/2 lb. venison, ground 1/2 lb. pork, ground 2 med white onions, minced 1 garlic clove minced 1/4 C. parsley, finely chopped 1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 C. fine dry bread crumbs 1 egg 1 t. salt 1/2 t. pepper 2 C. canola oil
Mix all ingredients except oil thoroughly. Add a little water if the mixture seems dry. Shape into 24 meatballs and brown quickly in hot oil. The meatballs can be eaten as is or frozen for use in other recipes.
