Creole or Cajun seasoning 1/2 t. cayenne pepper 1/4 t. dry mustard 1/4 t. turmeric 1/4 t. onion powder 1/4 t. garlic powder 1/2 t. hot sauce 1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 t. Liquid Smoke 1 t. soy sauce 2 T. molasses 1 t. corn syrup
