Pork Chops with Apples and Cream

Ingredients
8 (4 oz.) boneless pork chops
1 lg. red apple, cored and diced
1/2 c. heavy cream
Directions
Cook pork chops until cooked.

APPLESAUCE MIXTURE:

Heat:

Add: 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/8 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 c. Applejack Brandy

Mix and add 2 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch to applesauce mixture. Whisk and bring to a simmer.

Add apples and cream, simmer for 4 minutes. Cover pork chops with sauce and serve.
