1 pound carrots 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon real maple syrup 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash and peel the carrots. Slice into equal sized sticks. Add carrots to a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Toss well to coat the carrots evenly. Spread on a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
