4 ounces shiitake mushroom -- or cremini
1 red bell pepper -- coarsely chopped
1 yellow bell pepper -- coarsely chopped
4 cloves garlic -- minced
2 teaspoons olive oil
7 1/2 ounces artichoke hearts -- 1/2 can;quartered
2 tablespoons parsley -- minced
12 ounces pasta -- orechiette, cooked,3 cups
1/4 cup feta cheese -- crumbled
2 tablespoons walnut -- chopped
Saute first three ingred 3-5 min in oil until tender. add chokes, parsley. heat through, 3-4 min. salt and pepper. Toss with pasta, serve sprinkled w feta and walnuts.

NOTES : Orrechiette are often called "little ears" because of their shape. If you can't find orrechiette pasta and want to use a similar shape, look for small shells, cappelletti (little hats), conchiglie, pipe rigata, and if you don't care try rotini (corkscrews) or farfalle (bow ties).
