3 T. hoisin sauce
1 T. ketchup
1-1/4 t. Sriracha
1-1/2 T. canola oil
1-1/2 C. sliced onions
1 T. minced ginger
1 T. minced garlic
3/4 t. curry powder
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch slices
1. Combine hoisin, ketchup and sriracha in a small bowl.
2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, saute 3 minutes or until tender. Add ginger and remaining ingredients. Saute 6 minutes or until chicken is done. Stir in hoisin mixture, cook 1 minute, tossing to coat.
