Grilled Catfish with Creole Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
For Creole Mustard Sauce:
  2 T. minced onion
  3 T. plain yogurt
  1-1/2 T. mayonnaise
  1-1/2 T. Creole mustard
  1 T. ketchup
  1/4 t. lemon zest
  1/8 t. cayenne pepper
  1 t. paprika

For grilled catfish:
  1 T. olive oil
  1 T. Cajun seasoning
  4 catfish fillets
Directions
1. Whisk together ingredients for creole mustard sauce in a small bowl.  Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

2. Combine olive oil and cajun seasoning.  Brush over catfish.  

3. Bake or grill fish until flakes easily with a fork.  Serve with creole mustard sauce.
