Flying Five-O Pineapple and Honey Ginger Sauce

Ingredients
1/4 C. Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 C. Honey Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 C. Cilantro and Roasted Onion EVOO
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. Chinese Five Spice Powder
1/4 t. ground ginger
1 t. honey or agave nectar
pinch of red pepper flakes
salt and pepper
Directions
Good for roast pork, chicken or grilled fruit.

In a small saucepan, mix all the ingredients together.  Bring to a boil.  Reduce heat to a low simmer for 20-30 minutes, watching to make sure the sauce does not burn.  It is done when the sauce coats the back of a spoon.
