1/4 C. Peach Balsamic 3/4 C. Peach preserves 2 T. Chipotle EVOO 3 T. catsup 1 t. minced garlic 1 t. brown sugar 1/4 t. Chipotle powder (or more to taste) 1/4 t. liquid smoke
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and let simmer on low for 15-25 minutes (time depends on how thick your peach preserves are). The sauce should coat the back of a spoon. Take off the heat and let cool. Pour the sauce into a blender and pulse a few times until smooth. Use during the last few minutes on grilled chicken or other meat.
