1 green onion, minced 2 t. dried lavender, crushed 2 t. dried thyme, crushed 1 t. ground black pepper 1/2 t. salt 4 ribeye steaks 1/2 T. olive oil
1. In a small bowl, combine minced green onion, lavender, thyme, pepper and salt. Sprinkle mixture evenly over steaks; run in with your fingers. Brush steaks with olive oil. 2. Place steaks on a lightly oiled rack of an uncovered grill over medium-high coals. Grill for 8 minutes. Turn steaks and grill for 8-10 minutes more or until desired doneness.
